A Bounty of Trails, Parks, Golf and Growing Things

RainDance is located on the highest ground within the tri-county area of Ft. Collins, Greeley and Loveland, which yields striking views of the Front Range and Longs Peak during your walk, bike, jog or drive. And our 15 miles of community trails will only get better with time. Connecting you to the regional Poudre River Trail Corridor now, our neighboring lake-side community – Water Valley – and around the planned RainDance National Golf Club in the near future.

Feast Your Eyes on the Planned Trails in Raindance

What makes your heart sing, your feet patter, and a sunny day even better? A beautifully mesmerizing walk through your neighborhood. And that’s what the 15 miles of planned community trails of RainDance offer.
Whether you’re out for a short morning walk with the furry family member, or an evening jog watching the sun falling behind the Front Range, finding something to do together is just as easy as taking a walk.
What’s better than that? We’ll answer that for you: an immediate connection to the 21-mile Poudre River Trail Corridor and the 40+ paved, natural and open space trails of Windsor. A simple 2.5-mile bike ride north from RainDance lands you at one of the many trailheads to start your journey.

Play a Round at Pelican Lakes Golf Club

Before the planned RainDance National Golf Club beckons, there’s plenty of fairway right down the street. Set along the shores of the Cache la Poudre River, and located inside our neighboring lakeside community, is the 27-hole Pelican Lakes Golf Club. The course is open to the public, so reserve a tee time tomorrow, or join to become a member and gain access to private leagues and preferred tee times. Either way, stop by for a bite at The Grillhouse or a cold one at The Sandbar – a golf-themed sports bar with state-of-the-art golf simulators.
